you have GOT to see this documentary: Forks Over Knives. SO good! i’m SO happy i grew up most of my life living the way i do now! like i’ve always said: “GENETICS loads the GUN, but LIFESTYLE pulls the TRIGGER!” i highly recommend this doc! it’s on Netflix & can be streamed immediately! ツ
